Yes. A queen guest bedroom is located on the main floor, offering a convenient option for guests who prefer fewer stairs.
02Is the pool completely private?+
Yes. The resort-style pool and surrounding outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for your group during the stay.
03How many guests can the villa accommodate?+
Majestic Oasis accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and includes four full bathrooms.
04What is included in the game-room area?+
The separate game-room retreat includes lounge seating, a television, a dining or game table, a kitchenette and the villa’s fourth full bathroom.
05How close are the beaches?+
Boquerón Public Beach is approximately 6 minutes away by car, Buyé Beach 16 minutes and El Combate Beach 18 minutes. Travel times can vary.
06Is hot water available throughout the villa?+
Yes. The villa has two solar water heaters. In the non-primary bathrooms, allow the hot water to run long enough to travel through the house; opening the hot water at the utility sink can help it arrive sooner.
07How does direct-booking payment work?+
A 25% payment reserves the stay. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival. Availability and payment are securely processed through Uplisting and Stripe.
